The annual survey from the Dallas Business Journal gathered confidential responses from over 13,000 employees in North Texas. Conducted by Quantum Workplace, the 22nd annual survey measured companies in North Texas based on several factors including trust in leadership, and communication.

The Dallas Business Journal announced the alphabetical list of the 103 North Texas companies back in August. However, the full rankings were revealed at a luncheon event on October 29, located at the Hilton Anatole. These 103 companies were placed into 5 categories, based on the number of employees each company has.
