Any recruiter can get you a good assignment, but that’s to be expected, right? You deserve a recruiter who does more than the minimum. Here’s a list of 40 little ways that great recruiters show they’re a cut above the rest:

  1. They treat you like a human and not a number
  2. They go above and beyond
