LiquidAgents Healthcare Partners with Ronald McDonald House of Dallas as a Room Sponsor
First Presenting Sponsor for Ronald McDonald House of Dallas ‘Under the Moonlight’ Gala
LiquidAgents Healthcare has announced their agreement to sponsor a room this year at the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, a nonprofit organization that allows families to access specialized medical treatment by providing a place to stay at little or sometimes no cost.
As part of the sponsorship, the company will be recognized as a room sponsor at the Dallas House location and as a presenting sponsor at the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas Under the Moonlight Gala–an annual dinner which has raised more than $2 million for the charity since 2006. LiquidAgents has participated in the gala since 2013, but this is the first year the event will have a presenting sponsor.
Since 2012, LiquidAgents has volunteered time, money, and resources to the Ronald McDonald House in Dallas. However, this is the first year LiquidAgents has sponsored a room at the house, marking a 65 percent increase in charitable donations from the company to the charity.
About Ronald McDonald House of Dallas
Originally established in 1987, Ronald McDonald House of Dallas provides temporary housing for pediatric patients and their families in a strong, supportive and caring environment which encourages and nurtures the development of child-to-child and parent-to-parent support systems. The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas has served more than 37,000 families in need by providing rooms, meals and recreational spaces throughout the course of their child’s treatment. The charity opened their newest facility in 2009, which has 52 bedrooms, six transplant apartments, and a wide variety of playrooms and relaxation areas for families.
Although families are asked to contribute $15 per family per night, no one has ever been turned away because of an inability to pay. The actual cost per night to house a family is approximately $127- a cost largely covered by sponsorships like this from LiquidAgents, individual and corporate donors, community organizations, and special events.
