LiquidAgents Healthcare serves dinner to Ronald McDonald House Dallas
Employees partake in daily ‘Meals that Heal’ for the community
LiquidAgents Healthcare provided a helping hand on June 29 at Ronald McDonald House Dallas’ ‘Meals that Heal’. The dinner LiquidAgents served fed about 75 to 85 people currently living at the House.
“The families were so grateful and kind throughout the dinner. I was constantly thanked personally by several of the family and staff members at RMHD,” said Morgan Miller, Talent Advisor for LiquidAgents Healthcare. “ I can’t wait to participate next year, if not sooner.”
Ronald McDonald House Dallas is a housing facility for families seeking medical treatment for a child in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The House supplies families with a low to no-cost housing arrangement while also providing activities for the children, free meals and laundry supplies.
LiquidAgents brought 12 employees to serve a taco dinner Friday night in the House’s dining room. Each volunteer group supplies the ingredients for the meal they prepare. The preparations and serving take about five hours.
The ‘Meals that Heal’ program at Ronald McDonald House Dallas assists families in the house with free home-cooked meals. The Ronald McDonald House in Dallas is one of the few Houses that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner through their program.
LiquidAgents has participated with Ronald McDonald House Dallas’ ‘Meals that Heal’ for several years now. Additionally, LiquidAgents was the presenting sponsor for ‘Under the Moonlight Gala’ held in April this year.
“LiquidAgents’ partnership with Ronald McDonald House Dallas is a dedicated and ongoing one,” said Jenny Hanlon, CFO of LiquidAgents. “We admire the work that Ronald McDonald House Dallas does and can’t wait to see the future growth of our partnership.”
