Sales – Allied Client Advisor

The Allied Client Advisor will be responsible for creating and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients in their designated territory to staff clients with our clinical professionals.
 
What we expect from you:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (staffing preferred)
  • Allied sales experience
  • Superior communication skills allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text and email
  • Competitive nature that motivates you to succeed and surpass your goals
  • Self-driven mentality that wants to take advantage of uncapped commissions
  • Innate talent for contract negotiation and creating revenue-increasing opportunities
  • Exceptional customer service delivered in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 – 5 years equivalent work experience
  • Adaptability in the face of adversity and the ability to learn new processes and procedures
  • The internal belief that everything is within your control
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Expand current territory while developing assigned territory, and identify new hospitals that require healthcare staffing services
  • Manage current hospital’s relationships within territory and build new relationships
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Submit qualified candidates to requirements, schedule interviews to take place, close deals
  • Reverse market candidates by submitting them to potential and existing clients
  • Consistently follow up with active clients, while providing excellent customer service
  • Track and generate Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports
  • Effectively manage interdepartmental communication
